How FaceEcho works

FaceEcho is an AI facial analysis app. It combines guided face scans with relevant questions to create a report of visible observations, skincare insights or makeup feedback. Here’s what happens when you use it.

How do I use FaceEcho?

  1. Choose what you want to review

Select health and wellness, Mirror Check, skincare or makeup support. Your choice determines the scan experience and the type of feedback you receive.

  2. Answer the relevant questions

Add context such as symptoms, when you noticed a change, or your beauty goals. Your answers provide information that a facial image alone cannot establish.

  3. Follow the guided face scan

Use the on-screen instructions to position your face and capture the requested views. The scan steps and order of questions can vary by experience.

  4. Review your report

FaceEcho organizes the visible observations and relevant answers into a report. Review it, save it for comparison, or download and export a PDF to share when needed.

What does the scan actually review?

The scan reviews visible details such as facial color, texture, puffiness or makeup placement. Depending on the experience, this might mean documenting under-eye appearance, reviewing uneven skin tone, checking a grooming detail or looking at how evenly blush has been applied.

FaceEcho brings these observations together with the context you provide. It does not establish why a change occurred.

A simple example

Visible observation
Puffiness under the eyes.
Your context
You report when you first noticed it and any symptoms you want to discuss.
Practical use
Keep the record and share it with a clinician if the change persists or concerns you.

This illustrates the process, not an exact report label or a diagnosis. A scan does not determine the cause of puffiness.

What can I do with my report?

Save reports to revisit visible changes over time. You can also download a PDF and share it with a clinician or another qualified professional. Use similar lighting and positioning when comparing scans, because capture conditions affect appearance.

A few things to know

Does FaceEcho diagnose diseases or measure blood values?

No. FaceEcho does not diagnose, confirm or rule out a medical condition, or measure blood values such as glucose or hemoglobin. A clinician decides whether an examination or tests are appropriate.

Does a difference between scans prove a health change?

No. Lighting, positioning, makeup and other capture conditions can change appearance. Reports provide a visual record; a difference does not establish a health change, its cause or the effect of a skincare product.

Is my report automatically sent to a doctor?

You can download your report as a PDF and choose to share it. Automated sharing into a provider’s system and appointment-workflow integrations are separate capabilities in development.

Seek professional advice for new, persistent or worsening symptoms, even if your scan highlights no observation. FaceEcho does not replace medical care.
